schedule I've just checked MJC's calender of events, and OMFG, school starts on the 2nd of February, which is on a monday, which is in 2 weeks time. For those of you guys going to polytechnic, you lucky So, since school's starting soon, and since I do not have the luxury of time, shopping for school supplies needs to be done ASAP, meaning there's no time to waste! I need/want a vintage slingbag(NIKE's and ADIDAS' are getting super common), a swatch watch(hopefully courtesy of the mother or father or whoever's kind enough), wallet, pencil case, sports shoes(what colour?) and loafers(ok, so this is so not technically part of the back-to-school stuffs but still), dress shirts(you never know) and trousers. And the budget for all these stuffs: $200 of my own money, and the rest will be from the people whom I call parents with benefits. Ok, so that sounds totally wrong if you're in the loop, but, yeah parents=benefits. Maybe the loafers and dress shirts and trousers are not the priority at this second but at the end of the day, I still want them. Oh, and not forgetting, I need a bigger closet space!! So, from now on, I've got to start thinking of my own future, which means I need to do certain things to give me an advantage during the university admission exercise. So among other things, I plan to join NASS alumni since it'll look good on my testimonial, maybe run for council at jc(or not!), start a movement with the help of the school(be it mjc or tjc or cjc, but hopefully MJC) called "SAVE GAZA FROM ISRAEL" and volunteer at some old folks home or childrens' home. So I guess thses "aspirations" are going to keep me busy in the next few months, that is if I were to actually do them instead of just dreaming about doing them. And to all current friends, future friends, let's do some crazy things before the age of 20. I've got a few ideas. Since Singapore Idol is coming back, let's go audition for the heck of it. It'll definitely be an experience and it's a conversation starter. I mean at least for me, I know I can't sing to save my life, but at the end of the day, Singapore Idol is still a joke. I don't see no more albums coming out from anyone. And let's also go on the Carlsberg Tower at Sentosa, do some reverse bungee, and go on the Singapore Flyer(for people who's not been on it, like me!). I've so many crazy ideas for my future, and P.S, don't you dare steal it from me. Haha!!!;) |
