one ball-ess I realise that I'm able to hit the tennis ball with the racquet. Meaning to say, although I don't play tennis, I know how to play the game. And it's a really fun game to play, that is if you can hit the ball, instead of running after the ball. Tuesday wasn't the first time that I played tennis per se, but it was my best showing. Haha:) I guess the lessons I had when I was 9 stayed with me, and were unleashed on that fateful Tuesday. Today was a relatively short day, as in extremely short, but of course, my stay in college was dragged due to commitments I made. Extremely happy with today's meeting, and it was very fruitful, since we've basically brainstormed and pretty much agreed upon the contents for the next Musings@Meridian. I'm really truly hoping to make it look like a real, truly professional magazine, and not some run of the mill school magazine. Lectures weren't a drag, since I had fun conducting an impromtu fashion lecture before Literature lecture on Taming of The Shrew. The Tyra in me came out, and I conducted lessons on "smiling with your eyes", "hoochie pose vs high fashion" and "model basics". Unfortunately, the lesson was cut short as Mr Low came in. But, seriously, it was all in good fun. Double GP for tomorrow has been canceled. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Unfortunately, the essay still has to be submitted in by friday, together with GPP and literature essay. But whatever, the more pressing issue is how to get from choa chu kang back home, after the badminton match. Providing one way transport is just plain stupidity on the college's part. Now I'm angry, and nothing good ever comes out when the queen is angry. p.s CONNIE, SOMETIMES YOUR LINK DOESN'T WORK. FIX IT. |
