the verge Pardon me for not updating for the past 2 days since school's being a bitch. Atlas cheerleaders just got screwed over after "boss" decided to ban gymnastics stunts for the cheerleading finals on Colosseum Day, which is roughly in 4 days time. When 3/4 of your house's routine contains stunts, you can't help but feel the pressure that they're feeling, especially when you friends are the one who are getting screwed over and who look all stressed out. And all this because of a single complaint from a parent. I mean, come on, your child, whoever that kid may be, is already, legally, able to make her/his own decisions at the age of 17, and you are still worried if he/she suffer a scratch from cheerleading. Pfft. I got the blazer fitting yesterday, and also the college publications tee-shirt. After that, I tagged Suu, Connie and Alphonsus to Lavender to go to Concourse to get the supplies for Atlas mascot for Colosseum Day. Funny thing is, the shopping part of Concourse was demolished, so we walked to Bugis, and then, trained to Little India, where that party shop is now located. Unfortunately, the shop was closed by the time we reached there, so we were all kind of tired and disappointed. Fast forward to when I got home, and something happened, and I lost my cool, and I just told my parents I was going out to study at airport and I did. Managed to finish my Literature essays, and GP essay, and also did revision for maths. And seriously, mats and minahs should buzz off from studying locations like the airport because fact of a matter is, they're not there for studying. They're just there to fill up the spaces. Okay, I'm still tired, since I got home at 10, and got like 3 hours of sleep, but sleep can wait, since GPP is calling out my name. And Economics essay too. I swear to god that this week has probably been the most stressul week of my life thus far, with many more to come. And to that someone, don't be a prissy bitch, although you're a guy, and just own up to your responsibility. I can't be bothered with you no more. |
